Frustration with the "Innovation Nation" gap: Why are Kiwi portals still lagging?
Is it just me, or is there a massive gap between our "Innovation Nation" branding and the actual quality of our web portals? I’ve been trying to sort out some basic admin on a few local sites this week and the experience was honestly pretty average. Constant loading wheels, sessions timing out right at the payment stage, and interfaces that look like they haven't been updated since 2018. In 2026, you'd think we'd have it sorted. Has anyone found any local sites that actually feel fast and modern, or are we stuck with this "cottage industry" tech for the foreseeable future?
